Communication & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Communication & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution of Divine Renovation’s social media and website messaging, ensuring alignment to the overall brand strategy and advancement of our mission. The Communication & Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Coaching and Production Teams.

About the Role

This role requires an energetic, organized individual who is passionate about parish renewal and has a genuine desire to fully support the DR parishes and team towards that goal. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable with computers and applications, and have strong writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

In coordination with the Coaching and Production Teams, the Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist will:

  • Create and execute a strategy for newsletters to the Divine Renovation Association, Network Parishes, and Kickstart participants.

  • Create and execute a social media strategy to ensure awareness of events, podcasts, new books, speaking engagements, etc.

  • Maintain the divinerenovation.net website, create blog posts, and ensure the content on the Divine Renovation App is updated.

  • Design, create and implement marketing campaigns to increase membership in the Divine Renovation Association and Network.

  • Write articles for and publish the newsletter and other publications.

  • Assisting production with guest booking and confirmation as well as on set details.

  • Monitor the DRN Slack workspace and highlight potential issues to the appropriate person.

  • Other tasks as required.
