Leadership Coaching Administrator
Divine Renovation Ministry exists to inspire and equip parishes to become missional. Our goal is to inspire and equip 35,000 parishes to become missional, and through them to bring 2 million people to Jesus every year within 10 years.

The Leadership Coaching Administrator (LCA) provides a critical service that involves the communication between the Divine Renovation (DR) clients and the coaches and facilitators. The Leadership Coaching Administrator reports to the Director of Administration and Operations while working closely with the Director of Coaching.
About the Role
Based in Bedford, NS, this role requires an energetic, organized individual who is passionate about parish renewal and has a genuine desire to fully support the DR parishes and coaching team towards that goal. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable with computers and applications, and have strong writing skills.
In coordination with the Director of Coaching and the coaching team, the LCA will:
Facilitate and oversee the onboarding process for DRN applicants.
Communicate all relevant information to each parish regarding coaching schedules, webinars, leadership sessions, pastor cohorts and any changes or cancellations to these events.
Ensure that the invoicing process for new and renewing DRN parishes is timely and regularly monitor accounts payments to the Divine Renovation Ministry.
Support the Director of Coaching in providing exemplary customer service to DRN parishes; this can include scheduling questions or concerns, tech issues, or measurable baseline surveys.
Provide ongoing email and calendar support for the Director of Coaching.
Monitor the DRN Slack workspace and highlight potential issues to the appropriate person.
Other tasks as required.

Background in administration and experience in implementing and improving systems would be considered an asset;
